Chinese Biscuit Tortoni

Ingredients Needed For Chinese Biscuit Tortoni
*1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds
*5 ounces amarettini cookies
*3 tablespoons dark rum
*3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
*1 cup heavy cream, chilled
*3 tablespoons brandy
*1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened



Directions To Prepare Chinese Biscuit Tortoni
1 - Heat over to 350 degrees

2 - toast almonds for 6- 9 minutes

3 - crush cookies and spriklen with rum. Add almons and chocolate

4 - Add brandy and cream. mix whipped cream with cookie mix. freeze and serve.
