This Burmese style Beef satay is great as a starter or as accompaniment to rice.

Burmese Beef Satay

Ingredients Needed For Burmese Beef Satay
* 2 pounds extra lean Beef
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
* 1 tablespoon curry powder
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1 cup Onion
* 2 tablespoons garlic
* bamboo skewers

Directions To Prepare Burmese Beef Satay
Cut Beef into thin strips. In a bowl, put all the other ingredients and mix well. Add in the Beef strips and let stand for 30 minutes. Thread the strips onto the bamboo skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning and basting often. Arrange Beef satay on a plate. Serve hot. This recipe makes 12 servings.
