No Bake Candy Apple Cheesecake


Ingredients Needed For No Bake Candy Apple Cheesecake
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 block cream cheese
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 ready made graham cracker crust
3 pinches powdered sugar
1 can apple pie filling
20-30 vanilla wafers
golf ball glob of caramel
small amount cinnamon-sugar mixture
2 plastic baggies

Directions To Prepare No Bake Candy Apple Cheesecake
put the block of cream cheese in a big bowl microwave for 45 seconds

whisk until a liquid then add the condensed milk and whisk until blended.

add the 3 pinches of powdered sugar and blend in.

add the 1/3 cup of lemon juice and blend in

add the tablespoon of vanilla and blend

empty the mixture into the crust



put about 10 vanilla wafers in the baggie that seals and seal it,
making sure most of the air is gone, and crush the wafers,
into small chunks of varied sizes try to keep them smaller than a
nickel or penny. then add another 10 and repeat process.

take the crumbled cookies and cover the entire cheesecake with a thin
layer. You just want to see a faint white hue from under the brown

using a flat plastic spatula carefully spoon the apple pie mixture
around the cheesecake trying to cover it as much as possible. use the
spatula
to even it up and get it to cover every part.

now sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the apple pie filling,
don’t be chinsy, you want to be able to see the grains
of sugar inside the pie filling.

now lightly dust the powdered sugar over the top. you don’t want to see
any big white splotches.

arrange the vanilla wafers in a pattern around the top

take the glob of caramel and melt it in the microwave. then pour the
caramel into the other baggie trying to get
it all into one corner. don’t i repeat don’t try and melt the caramel in
the bag, while in theory it makes sense, the bag melts
with the caramel. learned the hard way lol. once you get it into the
corner, squeeze down on it so it swells out like you are trying to
shoot
the caramel out the end. now its choices time. if you want to drizzle
the caramel over the stuff, use something small to poke a hole in it,
maybe a toothpick or if that’s too small the end of a fork. then just
squeeze the bag and shape the caramel to your liking.
that method hasn’t been tested yet lol, now if you want to make drops
of caramel you take a pair of scissors and clip the end off the bag
and when you squeeze a drop plops out. and decorate with caramel to liking

throw the whole thing in the fridge for 40 min or so and you are ready to go
