Kielbasa Pasta

Kielbasa Pasta


Ingredients Needed For Kielbasa Pasta
4 stadium style Kielbasa
2 handfuls Capennelli or Rotini pasta
3 1/2 oz Ricotta, low fat
2 cups Mozzerella, shredded
1 can Tomato Soup
4 tbsp, + to cover Parmesian Romano Cheese
2 turns of the pan Olive oil
1/3 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp + to taste Italian spice blend

Directions To Prepare Kielbasa Pasta
Prepare pasta as directed

1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-size pieces and saute with olive oil, minced garlic, and spices until lightly crispy

2. Drain pasta, return to stove and mix-in the various cheeses and tomato sauce. Stir well until the cheese has melted

3. Add kielbasa and mix until well blended

4. Pour mixture into a greased, oven safe dish, sprinkle with Parmesan Romano cheese and broil until desired crispness
