Apples With Wine Sauce
Ingredients Needed For Apples With Wine Sauce
* 2 kg big Apples.
* 200 g Sugar.
Sauce:
* 1 bottle dry White Wine.
* 12 Yolks.
* 200 g Sugar.
* Vanilla.


Directions To Prepare Apples With Wine Sauce
#Peel Apples, remove the core through the hollow of stem.
#Fill this hollow with Sugar and bake in a preheated oven until done (You are able to Cut with Fork).
#Sauce:
#Beat Yolks with Sugar, Vanilla and add Hot Wine.(Warning* Do not double recipe unless you have a really big bowl)
#Put the bowl with sauce in a pan with hot water and whip until dense.
#Serve Apples and the sauce cooled down.
