Walking down to the harbour and see the boats come in. Buy a portion of prawns, boil, shell and eat them. It's definitely summer


Ingredients Needed For Rejemad
* 4 slices toasted bread
*1 handfull dill
*100 ml Mayonnaise
*200 g prawns
*salt & pepper
*2 tbsp Caviar
*dill and lemon wedges for garnish

Directions To Prepare Rejemad
Fold the dill into the Mayonnaise and add the prawns. <BR>
Season with salt and pepper. <BR>
butter the toast and, if you wish, cover with fresh lettuce leaves. <BR>
Spread mixture over the toasted bread, pile a little bit of the Caviar and garnish with the lemon wedges and the rest of the dill.
