Ingredients Needed For Tariwale Matar-Alu
*1 ½ tablespoons of oil
*1 ½ teaspoon of cumin
*A pinch of turmeric powder
*¾ - 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
*Red chilli powder to taste
*2 large tomatoes
*4 tablespoons of curds (dahi)
*1 ½ cup frozen Peas
*2 potatoes, cubed
*10 curry leaves (optional),
*salt to taste


Directions To Prepare Tariwale Matar-Alu
Put the oil in a Microwave safe dish and Microwave at 100% power (or MW 70% + 200 Degree) for 2 minutes.

Drop in the cumin, turmeric, coriander, chilli .Continue to cook at the same power level for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, puree the tomatoes and curds together.

Add to the dish with potatoes, and Peas, and curry leaves, if you’re using them. Stir, cover and cook 8 minutes, stirring twice.

Leave to stand 3-4 minutes before salting and serving.
