Ingredients Needed For BEEF SALAD PROVENCALE
* 3 cups cooked Beef roast, cut into thin strips*
* 3 cups cooked rice, cooled
* 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
* 1 cup sliced green onions
* 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
* 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 large tomatoes, cut into eighths

Directions To Prepare BEEF SALAD PROVENCALE
Combine roast Beef, rice, celery and onions. Blend Mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, horseradish, mustard and salt. Stir into rice mixture; chill. Garnish with tomato wedges and cucumber slices, if desired.
