Ingredients Needed For BOSTON BAKED SAUSAGE AND RICE
* 1 1/2 pounds smoked country-style link Sausage
* 1 cup chopped Onion
* 3/4 cup Catsup
* 1/4 cup maple syrup or brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
* 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 4 1/2 cups cooked rice

Directions To Prepare BOSTON BAKED SAUSAGE AND RICE
Cook Sausage in small amount of water in covered pan for 10 minutes. Drain and cut Sausage into 2-1/2-inch pieces.



Combine Onion, Catsup, syrup, mustard, liquid smoke, salt, pepper and rice. Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.



Arrange Sausage on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes.
