Ingredients Needed For CAJUN RICE AND BEANS
* 1 cup chopped Onion
* 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons Bacon drippings or vegetable oil
* 1 15-ounce can pinto beans or pinto beans seasoned with jalapeno peppers
* 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions To Prepare CAJUN RICE AND BEANS
Cook Onion, pepper and garlic in drippings in large skillet over medium heat until tender crisp. Stir in Beans, tomato sauce and salt; simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
