Ingredients Needed For CHOP-CHOP SZECHUAN
* 1 pound boneless Pork
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 4- to 6-ounce package chicken-flavored rice mix, prepared to package directions
* 1 6-ounce package frozen snow Peas
* 1 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
* 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
* 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions To Prepare CHOP-CHOP SZECHUAN
Slice Pork into 1/8-inch strips. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add Pork and stir fry until lightly browned. Stir in rice, snow Peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper and soy sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated
