GINGER RICE WITH PORK CHOPS

Ingredients Needed For GINGER RICE WITH PORK CHOPS

* 2 cups sliced celery
* 1 clove garlic, finely minced
* 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
* 2 teaspoons Chicken bouillon granules
* 2 tablespoons water
* 3 cups cooked rice
* 1/2 cup diced pimientos
* 1 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 4 grilled Pork or Lamb chops
*
* 1/2 cup gingersnap crumbs
* 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice
* 1/2 cup honey

Directions To Prepare GINGER RICE WITH PORK CHOPS
=
#Cook celery and garlic in butter in large skillet until celery is tender crisp. Stir in bouillon granules dissolved in water. Stir in rice, pimientos, ginger and pepper.
#Turn into greased shallow baking dish.
#Top with chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
