MANDARIN SHRIMP STIR-FRY

Ingredients Needed For MANDARIN SHRIMP STIR-FRY
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 2 cups fresh Broccoli florets
* 1 cup julienned carrots
* 1 large red pepper, cut into chunks
* 1 cup sliced fresh Mushrooms
* 1 pound medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1/3 cup prepared stir-fry sauce
* 3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions To Prepare MANDARIN SHRIMP STIR-FRY
Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add Broccoli, carrots, red pepper and Mushrooms; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Shrimp and sauce; stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes. Serve with fluffy rice.
