ORIENTAL FRIED RICE

Ingredients Needed For ORIENTAL FRIED RICE
* 3 cups cooked brown rice, cooled
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
* 1/2 cup drained bean sprouts
* 1/3 cup sliced green onions
* 1/3 cup slivered cooked roast Pork
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce


Directions To Prepare ORIENTAL FRIED RICE
Heat rice and salt in well-greased large skillet. Add vegetables, Pork and egg. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes over high heat. Add pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute longer.
