PEPPER CHEESE RICE BALLS

Ingredients Needed For PEPPER CHEESE RICE BALLS
* 2 cups cooked rice
* 1 cup shredded Monterey jack Cheese with jalapeno peppers
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
* 1/3 cup finely crushed crisp rice cereal
* vegetable oil for deep-fat frying

Directions To Prepare PEPPER CHEESE RICE BALLS
#Combine rice, Cheese, salt, pepper, egg and worcestershire sauce in large mixing bowl.
#Shape mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter; roll in crushed rice cereal.
#Deep-fry in hot oil (350 degrees) until golden brown, about 1 minute.
#Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
