Ingredients Needed For PILAF A LA GRECQUE

* 1 pound lean ground Beef
* 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots
* 1 cup chopped Onion
* 1 cup sliced celery
* 3 cups cooked rice
* 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
* 1 14-1/2- to 16-ounce can peeled whole tomatoes, chopped
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon oregano
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* lemon wedges (optional)
* 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions To Prepare PILAF A LA GRECQUE
=
Cook meat, carrots, Onion and celery in large skillet over medium heat until meat is lightly browned. Add rice, spinach, tomatoes, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic powder; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat; serve with lemons and Cheese, if desired.
