PORK TENDERLOIN STIR FRY WITH SESAME SEED

Ingredients Needed For PORK TENDERLOIN STIR FRY WITH SESAME SEED

* 1 pound Pork tenderloin slices, 3/4x1/2-inches
* 1 egg white, lightly beaten
* 1 tablespoon cornstarch
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons Sugar
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 2 cups zucchini slices, unpeeled
* 1 cup red pepper slices
* 1/2 cup slivered almonds
* 2 tablespoon dry sherry
* 2 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon cornstarch
* 3 cups hot cooked rice
* 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Directions To Prepare PORK TENDERLOIN STIR FRY WITH SESAME SEED

Marinate Pork slices in egg white mixture 1 hour. Stir-fry Pork, ginger and garlic in oil over medium-high heat. Remove from pan. Stir-fry zucchini, red pepper and almonds in oil a few minutes over medium-high heat. Add reserved Pork, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch to vegetables. Serve stir-fry over Pork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
