Ingredients Needed For QUICK BEANS AND RICE

* 1 medium carrot, chopped
* 1/3 cup chopped Onion
* 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
* 1 15-1/2-ounce can pinto beans, drained
* 1 small tomato, chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions To Prepare QUICK BEANS AND RICE
=
#Cook carrot and Onion in butter in large skillet 2 to 3 minutes or until tender crisp.
#Add Beans, tomato, salt, curry powder and pepper; heat thoroughly. Serve over hot rice.
