Ingredients Needed For RICE AU GRATIN SUPREME

* 4 cups cooked rice
* 1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
* 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped pimientos
* 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
* 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of Mushroom soup
* 1 cup Mayonnaise or Salad dressing
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/2 cup milk

Directions To Prepare RICE AU GRATIN SUPREME
=
Combine rice, Onion, green pepper and pimientos in large bowl. Blend 1 cup Cheese, condensed soup, Mayonnaise, black pepper and milk; stir into rice mixture. Turn into greased shallow 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
