Ingredients Needed For Power Punch
* 2 tablespoons soy or whey protein powder
* 1/2 cup fat-free milk
* 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
* 1/2 cup strawberries
* 1/2 medium banana
* 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Directions To Prepare Power Punch
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
