This recipe is time consuming and needs a lot of prep time, but it is worth it in the long run...trust me and try it out.

Ingredient List
1.5 lbs beef round, 2" thick
3/4 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
3 T. vegetable oil
2 large green peppers, cut into 1" squares
3 scallions (with tops),thinly sliced
1.5 cups celery, diagonally sliced
1.5 cups beef bouillon or broth
1T. cornstarch
1/3 cup light molasses
3 T. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1.5 tsp Ac'cent
1.5 tsp. ginger powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 cups hot cooked rice

Great for when you are in a hurry and very hungry. I've made it with different kinds of pasta, cheeses, and without the basil; depending on what ingredients I have on hand. It always turns out good.
